Overview

Donor-derived SARS-CoV-2-specific T cells (CST) are an *ex vivo* expanded cell therapy product developed for the prevention of severe and/or prolonged SARS-CoV-2 infection early after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). This therapy aims to provide antiviral immune reconstitution in immunocompromised patients who are at high risk for severe COVID-19 due to their inability to mount an effective immune response post-transplant and prior to vaccine eligibility. The product is currently being evaluated in a Phase I dose escalation trial (NCT05141058).
