Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Donzakimig is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by UCB Biopharma that targets both interleukin-13 (IL-13) and interleukin-22 (IL-22). It is being investigated primarily for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The drug acts as an immunomodulator by inhibiting the activity of IL-13 and IL-22, cytokines involved in inflammatory pathways associated with skin disorders. Donzakimig is currently in phase 1/2 clinical trials for atopic dermatitis[2][4][8].
