Overview

**DORFEN** is an injectable fixed-dose bronchodilator combination developed by Aeromatic Healthcare containing **etofylline** and **theophylline**. Both active substances are methylxanthine derivatives; theophylline contributes bronchodilator activity principally through nonselective adenosine-receptor antagonism and phosphodiesterase inhibition, which can relax airway smooth muscle. The product is indicated for bronchospasm and asthma-related respiratory conditions.
