DoriVac-101 is a preclinical immuno-oncology nanoparticle vaccine candidate developed by DoriNano for the treatment of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC). The vaccine is built upon the proprietary DoriVac platform, which utilizes DNA origami technology to create precise, self-assembling nanostructures. These nanoparticles are engineered to co-deliver tumor-specific antigens and immunostimulatory adjuvants directly to dendritic cells and other antigen-presenting cells. By ensuring the spatial co-localization of these components, DoriVac-101 aims to trigger a potent and specific T-cell mediated immune response against HNSCC tumors, potentially overcoming the immunosuppressive environment often found in head and neck cancers.
