DoriVac-102 is an investigational nanoparticle cancer vaccine being developed by DoriNano for the treatment of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). The candidate is built upon the proprietary DoriVac (DNA Origami Vaccine) platform, which utilizes self-assembling DNA nanostructures to precisely control the spatial organization and stoichiometry of tumor-associated antigens and immunostimulatory adjuvants, such as CpG oligonucleotides. This nanoscale precision is designed to mimic the natural presentation of pathogens to the immune system, thereby enhancing uptake by dendritic cells and promoting a potent, targeted T-cell-mediated anti-tumor response. DoriVac-102 is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
