Overview

DOS-1 is an oral enzyme preparation developed by the Kangfude Urolithiasis Institute for the treatment of kidney stones, specifically calcium oxalate stones. The drug is designed to degrade oxalate within the gastrointestinal tract, thereby reducing its absorption and the subsequent formation of calcium oxalate crystals in the kidneys. DOS-1 has commenced Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) and is currently in the IND-enabling stage, with plans for formal regulatory registration and clinical advancement.
