This is a **combination regimen** consisting of four agents: - **Dostarlimab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts as a **PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor**. This regimen is used experimentally or investigationally for **gynecologic cancers**, especially **advanced or recurrent endometrial and ovarian cancer**. Dostarlimab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel is FDA-approved for advanced/recurrent endometrial cancer, but the addition of niraparib is not a standard, widely approved regimen; trials are ongoing to determine the efficacy and safety of the four-drug combination.
