Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Double anti-B8571-ADC is a preclinical bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Nanolattix for the treatment of various solid tumors, including lung, stomach, and breast cancers. As a bispecific ADC, it is engineered to recognize two different antigens or epitopes, potentially increasing tumor specificity and overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. Upon binding to its targets, the conjugate is internalized, leading to the intracellular release of a cytotoxic payload that induces apoptosis in the malignant cells.
