Dovitinib + paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy consisting of dovitinib, a small molecule inhibitor of multiple receptor tyrosine kinases including fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR), vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR), and platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR), and paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic agent.
