Overview
This is a combination chemotherapy regimen containing multiple cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory agents. It combines components of standard Hodgkin lymphoma treatments (like ABVD) with additional agents. The combination includes anthracyclines (doxorubicin), antitumor antibiotics (bleomycin), vinca alkaloids (vinblastine), alkylating agents (dacarbazine, cisplatin), topoisomerase inhibitors (etoposide), corticosteroids (methylprednisolone), and antimetabolites (cytarabine). This extensive combination might be used as an intensive therapy for refractory or relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma cases.
