The AC-T regimen (doxorubicin + cyclophosphamide followed by paclitaxel) is well-established for adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy in early-stage or node-positive breast cancer[1][10]. The addition of goserelin is typically used for ovarian suppression in premenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive disease to enhance endocrine therapy efficacy. This multi-agent approach targets cancer cells through multiple mechanisms—DNA damage (doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide), mitotic arrest (paclitaxel), and hormonal suppression (goserelin)—to maximize antitumor activity.
