Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DP-388 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) and 4-1BB (CD137). Developed by D&P Bio-tX, the drug is engineered to provide localized 4-1BB agonism specifically within the tumor microenvironment where CLDN18.2 is expressed, such as in gastric and pancreatic cancers. By cross-linking 4-1BB only upon binding to CLDN18.2-positive tumor cells, DP-388 aims to stimulate potent T-cell and NK-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses while avoiding the systemic hepatotoxicity typically associated with first-generation 4-1BB agonists. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
