Overview
DP-9024 is an investigational bispecific antibody developed by D&P Bio-tX, designed to simultaneously target CD47 and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1). By blocking the "don't eat me" signal mediated by CD47 on tumor cells and the PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint pathway, DP-9024 aims to synergistically activate both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The dual-targeting approach is intended to improve therapeutic efficacy while potentially reducing the off-target toxicities, such as hemagglutination, often associated with monotherapy CD47 inhibitors. It is primarily being developed for the treatment of various solid tumors using the company's proprietary de novo protein design platform.
