DP14 is a radiopharmaceutical positron emission tomography (PET) tracer being developed by Damian Pharma as a non-invasive diagnostic imaging tool for patients with Primary Aldosteronism (PA). It is specifically designed to localize aldosterone-producing adenomas (benign tumors) within the adrenal glands, providing a potential alternative to the invasive and technically demanding adrenal vein sampling (AVS) procedure. DP14 is being developed as a complementary diagnostic to Damian Pharma's therapeutic candidate, dexfadrostat phosphate (DP13), an aldosterone synthase inhibitor. The project has received research funding from Innosuisse (the Swiss Innovation Agency) to support its development through the research phase.
