Overview

DP303c is a site-specific anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced solid tumors, especially breast cancer. It consists of a monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), conjugated via a cleavable linker to the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). The average drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) is approximately 2.0. Preclinical and clinical studies have demonstrated that DP303c exhibits promising anti-tumor activity with an acceptable safety profile in patients with pre-treated advanced HER2-positive solid tumors. The recommended phase 2 dose is 3.0 mg/kg administered intravenously every three weeks[2][6][8].
