Overview

dPLTs-02 is an engineered platelet-based cell therapy and drug delivery platform developed by HemaCell Therapeutics (Xue Ji Bio). It utilizes O-type platelets that have been bio-engineered to serve as vehicles for delivering anti-cancer therapeutics or to directly target tumor-related biological processes. By leveraging the natural homing abilities of platelets to tumor microenvironments and sites of vascular damage, dPLTs-02 aims to enhance the precision and efficacy of cancer treatments while potentially reducing systemic toxicity. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development for various oncology indications.
