Overview

DPTX3186 is an orally administered small molecule condensate modulator (c-mod) developed by Dewpoint Therapeutics for the treatment of Wnt-driven cancers. It acts through a novel mechanism of action by sequestering beta catenin into nuclear depot condensates, thereby inhibiting its oncogenic function and downregulating beta catenin-related gene expression. This approach targets the Wnt/beta catenin pathway, which is implicated in various cancers such as colorectal, breast, lung, gastric, liver, and gastrointestinal tumors. The drug was discovered using Dewpoint’s AI/ML-powered platform and proprietary chemical library. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant tumor regression and high selectivity for tumor cells with minimal toxicity to healthy cells[1][3][4][5][7].
