Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DPV-007** is an investigational dendritic cell-targeted microvesicle therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by UbiVac to intercept progression of high-grade oral dysplasia to oral cancer. The vaccine is manufactured using the DRibble platform and contains a broad, non-individually prescribed mixture of tumor-associated proteins, short-lived and non-canonical proteins, damage-associated molecular patterns, and molecular chaperones packaged in microvesicles. DPV-007 contains proteins associated with oral dysplasia and oral cancer and has reported agonist activity at Toll-like receptors 2, 3, and 9, supporting innate immune activation and subsequent tumor-antigen-specific adaptive immune responses.
