**DPX-BRAF** (also known as DPX BRAF/CPA or BPX-BRAF/CPA) is an investigational T-lymphocyte cell therapy designed to elicit immunologic cytotoxicity against BRAF-mutated cancers. Developed using IMV's DPX nanoparticle delivery platform, it targets the common BRAF mutation (e.g., V600E), which occurs in tumors such as melanoma and colorectal cancer. The therapy aims to induce robust, long-lasting T-cell responses to overcome limitations of small-molecule BRAF inhibitors, which provide only short-term benefits due to resistance.
