DR-0202

DR-0202 is a first-in-class bispecific antibody developed by Dren Bio. It is designed to harness myeloid cells to selectively deplete cancer cells by targeting a cell surface receptor that is highly expressed in various solid tumors. The drug works by engaging myeloid cells, which then phagocytose (engulf and destroy) tumor cells, and may also cross-present tumor antigens to prime the adaptive immune system for deeper and more durable anti-tumor responses. As of June 2025, DR-0202 has entered phase 1 clinical trials for patients with locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed or refractory carcinomas across multiple solid tumor types[1][2][7]. The specific molecular target of the bispecific antibody remains undisclosed.
