DR10624 is a first-in-class, long-acting Fc fusion protein tri-agonist engineered to provide balanced agonism of three key metabolic targets: the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R), glucagon receptor (GCGR), and fibroblast growth factor 21 receptor (FGF21R). Developed using Doer Bio’s proprietary MultipleBody platform technology, it is designed for the treatment of metabolic diseases. The GLP-1R agonism lowers blood glucose; GCGR agonism increases energy expenditure and reduces body weight; FGF21R agonism improves lipid metabolism and further reduces blood glucose. Preclinical and clinical studies have shown that DR10624 can reduce body weight, lower triglycerides, normalize blood lipids, improve liver function, and protect against steatosis and inflammation in models of metabolic dysfunction. It is being developed primarily for severe hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), obesity, metabolic syndrome, MASLD/MASH (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease/steatohepatitis), with ongoing Phase II trials[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8].
