DR30206 is a trispecific antibody fusion protein designed to target three key pathways involved in tumor growth and immune evasion. It simultaneously binds to PD-L1 and VEGF expressed on tumor cells, while also neutralizing TGF-beta. The molecule is constructed by fusing the variable domain of a heavy chain antibody (VHH) against PD-L1 and the extracellular domain of TGF-beta receptor II (TGF-beta RII) to bevacizumab, an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody. This design enables it to restore proliferation of exhausted CD8+ T cells by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, reduce tumor neovascularization via VEGF inhibition, and relieve immunosuppression through TGF-beta blockade. Developed as a therapeutic biological product with global intellectual property rights by Zhejiang Doer Biologics (also referred to as Doyle Biology), it is currently being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][2][4][5][6].
