Overview
DR315 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Zhejiang Doer Biologics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huadong Medicine. It is designed to target both carbonic anhydrase 9 (CA9) and CD70, two antigens frequently overexpressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). By utilizing a bispecific approach, DR315 aims to enhance tumor selectivity and reduce the on-target, off-tumor toxicities—particularly hematological toxicity—often observed with monospecific CD70-targeting ADCs. The drug delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells expressing these markers. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
