Overview

DR316 (also known as DR-316) is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody (BsAb) developed by Doer Biologics. It simultaneously targets epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5 (LGR5). By co-targeting EGFR and LGR5, DR316 is designed to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and address cancer stem cell populations, which are often implicated in treatment resistance and tumor recurrence. The candidate is currently in the preclinical candidate (PCC) stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors.
