DR317 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Zhejiang Doer Biologics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huadong Medicine. It is engineered to target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and a second, undisclosed antigen, facilitating the targeted delivery of a cytotoxic payload to tumor cells. This dual-targeting approach is intended to enhance tumor selectivity and efficacy, particularly in settings of treatment resistance. DR317 is currently in the IND-enabling stage, with primary development focuses on solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) resistant to third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
