Drotifair-A is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet containing aceclofenac (100 mg) and drotaverine hydrochloride (80 mg), marketed by Marriott Pharmaceuticals. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts as a potent inhibitor of the cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation.
