Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Drug Repurposing-1** (also known as **Drug Repurposing - 1**) is an experimental, preclinical-stage small-molecule drug candidate being developed by **Sravathi AI Technology** for the treatment of pancreatic cancer and kidney cancer. The candidate is a repurposed small molecule that previously failed in Phase 3 clinical trials for a non-oncology indication. Sravathi AI Technology utilized its proprietary AI- and physics-based platform, combining deep learning and molecular dynamics simulations, to identify new oncology applications for the molecule. Preclinical studies have demonstrated dose-dependent inhibition of pancreatic cancer growth in vitro and in vivo, as well as synergistic effects when combined with gemcitabine.
