Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DS-Cav1 is a stabilized prefusion RSV F subunit protein vaccine developed for the prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infections. It contains the RSV A2 fusion glycoprotein ectodomain assembled as a prefusion-stabilized trimer and has been tested both alone and with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant. Clinical trials have shown it elicits robust neutralizing antibody responses that remain elevated for at least 44 weeks after vaccination.
