Overview

DS3610 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Daiichi Sankyo, featuring a monoclonal antibody with novel Fc modifications conjugated to an immunomodulatory payload that acts as a STING (stimulator of interferon genes) agonist. The drug is designed to selectively deliver the STING agonist payload directly to the tumor microenvironment. Upon delivery, the payload activates the STING pathway, inducing the production of Type I interferons and other pro-inflammatory cytokines, which in turn stimulates an innate immune response and promotes T-cell-mediated destruction of cancer cells. DS3610 entered clinical development in November 2025 with a first-in-human Phase 1 trial targeting advanced, metastatic, or unresectable solid tumors. It represents the first STING agonist ADC in Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio.
