DS3790a is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the tetraspanin leukocyte antigen CD37 that is being developed by Daiichi Sankyo for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including hematologic neoplasms and other blood cancers.[5][11] Preclinical and early clinical development position DS3790a as a CD37-directed biologic designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload selectively to CD37-expressing malignant B-cell populations, thereby inducing tumor cell death while sparing non-expressing tissues, and it is currently being evaluated as both monotherapy and in combination regimens in a first-in-human phase 1/2 trial in adults with relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies.[5][11]
