DT-101 is a designation used for two distinct therapeutic candidates currently in clinical development. The most prominent is a small molecule positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of the AMPA receptor developed by **Draig Therapeutics**, a spinout from Cardiff University's Medicines Discovery Institute. This asset is being developed for the treatment of **Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)** and is entering Phase 2 clinical trials following a $140 million Series A financing round in late 2024.
