Overview

DT-7012 + immune checkpoint inhibitor is an investigational combination therapy consisting of DT-7012, a monoclonal antibody that targets C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8), and an unspecified immune checkpoint inhibitor. DT-7012 depletes tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), transforming the tumor microenvironment to promote anti-tumor immunity and overcome resistance to immune checkpoint blockade. The combination is being evaluated to enhance immune response and improve clinical outcomes in patients with recurrent, advanced, or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on prior therapies. The therapy is undergoing phase 1/2 clinical evaluation for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy in this cancer population[1][3][4][5].
