DT-9081

DT-9081 is an orally administered, highly selective small molecule antagonist of the Prostaglandin E2 receptor EP4 subtype (EP4). It is developed by Domain Therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. By blocking the EP4 receptor on immune cells, DT-9081 inhibits prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)-mediated immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. This action restores immune competence, enhances antitumor T cell immunity, and can reverse resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors. Preclinical studies have shown significant anti-tumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with immunotherapeutic agents across several cancer models. DT-9081 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with advanced, recurrent or metastatic solid tumors who have failed standard therapies.
