Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DT-EBVcom is a preclinical protein-based combination vaccine developed by Calder Biosciences for the prevention and treatment of Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection and its associated conditions, including infectious mononucleosis, malignancies, and autoimmune diseases. The vaccine utilizes Calder's proprietary 3D-Vaxlock technology to stabilize the prefusion conformations of the EBV envelope glycoprotein complex gB and gH/gL. By combining these stabilized antigens with the EBV gp350 protein, DT-EBVcom aims to elicit a potent and broad neutralizing antibody response that targets multiple stages of the viral entry process into B cells and epithelial cells.
