**DT-IgG** is a fully humanized dual-target therapeutic antibody being developed to simultaneously target **epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)** and **vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)**, two important signaling molecules involved in tumor growth. In preclinical studies, DT-IgG demonstrated comparable efficacy to bevacizumab in mouse models bearing human tumor xenografts with different EGFR and VEGF expression profiles and K-ras oncogene status. The pharmacodynamics indicate DT-IgG has a similar serum half-life to cetuximab but a larger apparent distribution volume. Its lower IC(50) partially offsets lower serum concentrations compared to some reference antibodies, suggesting it may require higher doses for efficacy comparable to combined bevacizumab and cetuximab treatment. DT-IgG is administered intraperitoneally in preclinical models, and its development is focused on oncological indications[1].
