Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DT120 ODT is a pharmaceutically optimized, orally disintegrating tablet formulation of lysergide (LSD) D-tartrate developed by Definium Therapeutics (formerly MindMed). It utilizes Catalent's Zydis® fast-dissolve technology to deliver the classic serotonergic psychedelic. The drug acts as a partial agonist at the human serotonin-2A (5-HT2A) receptor. It is primarily being developed for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), for which it has received FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation, and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). The clinical program includes pivotal Phase 3 studies aimed at addressing serious brain health disorders through central serotonin receptor modulation.
