DT3cP-Hib-MCV4 is a hexavalent combination vaccine developed by **CanSino Biologics** (specifically through its subsidiary Cansino (Beijing) Biotechnology). The vaccine is designed to provide simultaneous protection against several major pediatric bacterial infections: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), *Haemophilus influenzae* type b (Hib) disease, and meningococcal disease caused by serogroups A, C, W, and Y. The pertussis component is a three-component acellular formulation (3cP), typically consisting of pertussis toxoid, filamentous hemagglutinin, and pertactin. By combining these antigens into a single injection, the vaccine aims to simplify pediatric immunization schedules and improve compliance. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
