DTwP-Hepatitis B-Hib-IPV is a hexavalent combination vaccine developed by Bio Farma. It is designed to provide active immunization against six infectious diseases: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), Hepatitis B, *Haemophilus influenzae* type b (Hib) disease, and Poliomyelitis. The vaccine contains diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, whole-cell pertussis antigens, Hepatitis B surface antigen, *Haemophilus influenzae* type b capsular polysaccharide conjugated to a carrier protein, and inactivated poliovirus types 1, 2, and 3. It works by stimulating the immune system to produce protective antibodies against these pathogens.
