DTwP-HepB-Hib-IPV(Sabin) is a hexavalent combination vaccine being developed by Techinvention Lifecare. It is designed to provide protection against six major childhood diseases: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) disease, and poliomyelitis. The vaccine formulation includes diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, whole-cell Bordetella pertussis (wP) antigens, hepatitis B surface antigen, Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate, and inactivated poliovirus based on Sabin strains (sIPV). By combining these six antigens into a single injection, the vaccine aims to simplify immunization schedules, improve compliance, and reduce the logistical burden on healthcare systems in developing regions. It is currently in the preclinical development stage.
