**dual-LNP** is an experimental, intratumorally administered lipid nanoparticle immunotherapy that co-encapsulates a VISTA-targeting small interfering RNA and the TLR9 agonist CpG oligodeoxynucleotide ODN 1826. It is designed to deliver both cargos to tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells, simultaneously suppressing expression of the immune-checkpoint protein VISTA and activating TLR9-driven innate immune signaling. In murine YUMM1.7 melanoma, B16F10 melanoma, and MC38 colon carcinoma models, the formulation produced potent antitumor immune activation and tumor rejection; it has not been reported as a clinical-stage or marketed product.
