Overview

DUK-CPG-001 is a synthetic CpG-rich oligonucleotide that acts as an agonist of toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9). By binding to and activating TLR9 in monocytes/macrophages, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and B cells, it stimulates the innate immune system. This activation leads to the production of T-helper cells and induction of immune signaling pathways. The drug has been investigated primarily as an immunopotentiating agent in cancer immunotherapy settings, including use as an adjuvant following allogeneic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies[1][2][3][5].
