Dulamin is a proprietary botanical extract derived from the aerial parts of *Sideritis scardica* (commonly known as Greek Mountain Tea), developed by Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG. It is primarily investigated for its potential to enhance cognitive function, mood, and mental performance. The extract is characterized as a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor, acting on the transporters for serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, and has also demonstrated inhibitory activity against monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B). This pharmacological profile suggests potential therapeutic applications in conditions such as cognitive impairment, depression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Clinical development has included Phase I stepwise ascending single-dose tolerability studies in healthy volunteers, evaluating doses from 150 mg to 2400 mg.
