Duolac is a multi-strain probiotic supplement containing a combination of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), including *Streptococcus thermophilus*, *Lactobacillus acidophilus*, *Bifidobacterium lactis*, *Lactobacillus rhamnosus*, *Bifidobacterium longum*, and *Bifidobacterium bifidum*. It utilizes a patented dual-coating technology designed to protect the bacteria from gastric acid, bile salts, heat, and moisture, ensuring high survival rates and effective colonization in the intestine. Developed and investigated by Kosin University Gospel Hospital and manufactured by Cell Biotech, Duolac has been studied in clinical trials for its ability to restore gut microbiota and alleviate abdominal symptoms following colonoscopy bowel preparation, as well as for managing conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and maintaining general gastrointestinal health.
