Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DURIPANC** is an investigator-initiated Phase 1b/2 co-administration regimen of **durvalumab** and **rintatolimod** for patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma whose disease is stable after FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy. Durvalumab is an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody intended to restore antitumor T-cell activity, while rintatolimod is a synthetic mismatched double-stranded RNA agonist of Toll-like receptor 3 designed to stimulate innate immune signaling and potentially improve responsiveness to checkpoint blockade. The regimen is administered intravenously and is being studied at Erasmus Medical Center through a collaboration involving AIM ImmunoTech and AstraZeneca.
