Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DurrDerma is a topical herbal preparation developed for the treatment of moderate to severe skin psoriasis. It is a newly developed combination product containing plant-based extracts traditionally used in skin disease, including black cumin (Nigella sativa), olive oil, tea tree oil, and cocoa butter, supplemented with vitamin A and vitamin B12. The preparation aims to provide therapeutic effects through synergistic anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activities. In clinical case series, DurrDerma has demonstrated significant effectiveness in reducing Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores, body surface area involvement, and improving dermatology life index scores in patients with treatment-resistant psoriasis.
