Overview
This is a four-drug combination therapy consisting of **durvalumab** (an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody), **tremelimumab** (an anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody), **cisplatin** (a platinum-based DNA crosslinking chemotherapy), and **5-fluorouracil** (a pyrimidine analog antimetabolite chemotherapy). Together, the regimen combines **immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors** and **cytotoxic chemotherapy**, aiming to enhance antitumor immune response and directly kill tumor cells.
