Overview

This combination immunotherapy regimen consists of four monoclonal antibodies: durvalumab, tremelimumab, oleclumab (MEDI 9447), and ivuxolimab (MEDI 0562). It is being evaluated in the Phase II umbrella trial NSGO-OV-UMB1 (ENGOT-OV30) for patients with relapsed ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer. Durvalumab targets PD-L1, tremelimumab targets CTLA-4, oleclumab targets CD73 (inhibiting adenosine production), and ivuxolimab is an OX40 agonist. The regimen aims to overcome immune resistance in gynecological cancers by targeting multiple immune checkpoints and pathways simultaneously. The trial is sponsored by the Nordic Society of Gynaecological Oncology - Clinical Trials Unit (NSGO-CTU) in collaboration with AstraZeneca/MedImmune.
