Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Durvalumab-680LT is a fluorescently labeled version of the anti-PD-L1 drug durvalumab. It is used in clinical research settings for quantitative fluorescence endoscopy (qFME) to directly measure PD-L1 levels in vivo. This modified version allows for visualization and measurement of PD-L1 expression in cancer tissues, particularly in studies investigating the heterogeneity of PD-L1 expression in cancers such as esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer. The fluorescent labeling enables researchers to track drug distribution, target expression, and changes over time in cancer tissues.
