DV-10

DV-10 is an engineered, tumor-specific oncolytic virus developed by Dispatch Bio, emerging from its Flare platform. It is designed to deliver a modified B-cell maturation antigen (dBCMA), along with immune-stimulatory cytokines Interleukin-18 (IL-18) and chemokines C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 9 (CXCL9), to solid tumor cells. This process effectively "paints" the tumor cells with dBCMA, making them recognizable targets for subsequent administration of BCMA-directed CAR T-cell therapies, such as idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel), while also re-engineering the tumor microenvironment to support T cell function and enhance T cell migration into the tumor. DV-10 is a key component of Dispatch Bio's DISP-10 program, which aims to overcome challenges in using CAR T therapy for solid tumors.
