DWP14012 + clarithromycin + amoxicillin

DWN14012 + clarithromycin + amoxicillin is an investigational oral combination therapy designed for the eradication of *Helicobacter pylori* infection and potentially for the treatment of acid-related disorders. DWP14012 (brand name: Abeprazan, also known as fexuprazan) is a novel *potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB)* with rapid, sustained gastric acid suppression[1][3][5].
